The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash. If the value of the service purchased is less than the face value of the gift certificate, the service provider will not refund the difference between the final amount and the face value in cash. If the value of the service purchased exceeds the face value of the gift certificate, the difference between the final amount and the face value must be paid on-site. The gift certificate is valid for a single use; once the serial number associated with the certificate is used, the certificate becomes invalid.
