While the Virtu Cocktail Bar can be considered a standalone experience, it is closely connected to the restaurant. Chef Levente Lendvai, a great advocate for tradition, ensures that this philosophy is reflected in our presentation of classic cocktails. Therefore, the bar places a strong emphasis on preserving traditions, including local ones.
Although we represent international flavors, we also highlight Hungarian and regional ingredients, just as we do in our restaurant. Our golden mean has been to create variations of the five greatest classic cocktails to suit both international and Hungarian tastes.
As a result, our versions of the Old Fashioned, Negroni, Martini, and Daiquiri are infused with unique Hungarian ingredients, such as pálinka, bitter liqueur, and cigar-scented smoke.
The VIRTU restaurant is guaranteed to take the breath of its guests away with its spectacular panorama from an altitude of 120 metres above the Danube waterfront. This hub of culinary experiences on the 28th floor of the MOL Campus scales the heights not just in terms of its location and striking visual appeal: It also offers domestic and regional cuisine of outstanding quality.
