Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the total to be paid is less than the value of the gift voucher, the service provider will not refund the difference between the amount on the bill and the value of the voucher. If the sum to be paid for the service is higher, the difference between the total amount and the value of the voucher must be paid on site. The voucher is valid for single use only, once the serial number associated with the voucher has been read, the voucher is no longer valid. After expiry of the validity period, the voucher is invalidated. The validity period cannot be extended. The gift voucher must be presented at the restaurant in printed or electronic form during payment.
